Each year, I do a charity show at Califur (furry convention) and normally I get painted as my fursona, a leopard. However another performer was possibly going to join in who is an ocelot.

Rather than have Stalking Cat go crazy painting 2 spotty cats, I decided to step down and do something else. 3 hours of bodypaint later, I emerged blue (and it would be 32 days til the paint would be off again as is usual with all my bodypainted costumes). I have been a small fan of the Krystal Character so that was on the option list. Besides, Krystal was perfect for Califur's theme -- Villians.

I finally set on doing it after finding that this costume is a rather underplayed character. Yeah, I thought that this costume needed more exposure.

snout's abit on the long side, but it's still a very well done attempt. glad you had the patience to put up with it well after the planned events for it were over.

Well, I cant sayy I do it often. Bodypainting one's body requires alot of time (which isnt cheap for bodypainters-- at Califur the bodypainters donate thier time so the cost isnt factored in) and the required safety precautions re: exposure of nudity to the public while painting is going on and being in a closed room with aeresol) So, bodypainting definitely isnt as instant of a form of costuming and thus cant be done often. If I had it my way, I would get it done more

Nope. Im a chick. Bodies come in all shapes and sizes but maybe the distribution of my body mass just confuses in these pics. You wouldnt be the first person to think Im a guy. Heh.

Its okay. At least *you* apologize. Not everyone does. The importance isnt so much about if you have a problem with a work of art/creativity or not -- its more on the *how*. Most people that find me via troll sites are not even interested in thinking about what they say. Others just dont understand how they come across.

thats what people do in this hell of a world i feel my past life was better well like what i think it was like because of a dezavu feeling wheni see pics of krystal lol i feel like the past life i had was before she left in the game or whatever for tht planet and well my mind is terrablly wonderious but what im saying is i feel my past life was the best but i died and yeah came here TT^TT too early (dated krystal in it) then the one planet cnt remember even though it says it alot but yeah died when whatever happened lol
